My order has been stuck at 2-3 days for over 3 days, what is going on?

How do I know my order has been placed?
After an order is placed you should be forwarded to a page that looks similar to the one below. Note that this page contains the items you have ordered, the Subtotal, Shipping, Tax (if applicable), and Total. After placing an order, you will be given an order number (highlighted below in blue; Keep in mind it will not be highlighted for your order.) Be sure that all contact information is correct, in the case that we need to contact you, we will be using the information you provided.
How do I know my order has been processed?
Order processing usually takes place 1-2 business days after the order is placed. An automatic generated e-mail will be sent after the order is processed. The e-mail should look similar to the one sampled below. You may notice the order number can be found blue highlight. You can always check for further details by clicking the link provided.
My order has been stuck at 2-3 days for over 3 days, what is going on?
A shipping status is marked at 2-3 days indicates that one or more item(s) have been placed on back order. When an order is placed on back order it usually arrives within the week and sent out immediately. The status can be noted where the yellow highlight is below.
If you click the link to check further details, you can see order details marked next to “Order Status”. As shown highlighted in yellow below.
My order has status says “Cancelled”. Why was it cancelled, and did I receive a refund?
Any order that has been marked as cancelled due to unavailability is sent a full refund. When an order is cancelled, it is most likely due to one or more of the items being out of stock (IE: If one ordered an M4 and M4 magazine, if the M4 is sold out, the entire order would be cancelled). A cancelled order would be indicated in the e-mail as “No longer available” as shown below in yellow.
If you were to click to view more details, it would show that the “… order has been cancelled” (as seen in red) and the Order Status will show as “No longer available” (as seen in yellow).
It says my order has been shipped. How do I check the shipping?
A tracking number is given to all shipped orders (with the exception to international orders). You can always check the status of your shipped item by going to the shipper’s web site (www.UPS.com or www.USPS.com ) and entering the tracking number. Below is an example of where you may find the shipper (in orange) and the tracking number (in yellow).
You can view the same information if you check the details of your order in the link provided.
For UPS shipments, you may enter their web site (www.UPS.com) and submit the tracking number to track your shipment. When it is in transit, you will see an expected delivery date and approximately where the shipment is.
If the order is delivered, it will state so.
For USPS shipments, you may enter their web site (www.USPS.com ) and submit the tracking number to track your shipment. When it is in transit, you will see detailed results and approximately where the shipment is.
If the order is delivered, it will state so.
If in the occasion you receive a message stating the “Electronic Info Received”, this indicates the order has been shipped, but not yet scanned at the local processing center. This may update randomly during shipment or upon delivery.
